Why schedule a Team/Cast/Event Photo Session?

• It's an easy and convenient way to obtain high quality action photos of your child participating in a favorite activity.
  
• Photo Sessions are scheduled ahead of the game, so all participating team or cast members will know exactly when photos are being taken.
• Including a Coach's, team parent's, or team sponsor's child, or your teacher or director in the Photo Session is a great gift.
• Photo Sessions can also be planned to include team/group photos as well as photos of the participating team or cast members.

Sports Team Photo Sessions include:

• Photography of each participating team member during their game or event.
• An online gallery of the game or event from which to select photos. There are usually several photos of each participating team member.
• Each team member will receive one image as a professionally edited 5 x 7 print on high-quality photo paper.
• Additional print sizes, gift items, and digital images are also available.
• Team members will receive a special 10% discount on all additional prints and enlargements ordered from their Gallery.

Performance Photo Sessions

• Designed for theater and musical performances.
• Your Performance Photo Session may be scheduled during a performance, or during a regular or dress rehearsal.  We find dress rehearsals work well to capture the feel of the performance - and because we aren't in any parents' way!
• Head shots and promotional photos may be included if requested.

Performance Photo Sessions include:

• Up to three hours of photography time plus editing time.
• We work with the Studio/School to obtain the images they most desire, whether individual photos, group photos, or a combination.
  
• An online Gallery of images from which parents, and the Studio/School if they desire, may select and order their photos.
  
• The Studio or School may purchase high-resolution DVD of all images in the Gallery, along with a limited print release, to use in promotional, decorative, or other use, per the Photo Session contract.
  
• The Studio/School will have the option of increasing the photography time, which will be billed at an hourly rate.
• The Studio/School will receive a special 10% discount on wall art and any other products ordered from their Gallery.
